Green Calathea in White Pot with Wood Stand
This showy green on green Prayer Plant, or Calathea, opens up during the day, and closes up like praying hands during the night.
They like humidity, so clustering with other plants works well. Water deeply, but let soil dry out in the top layer between waterings. Bright and indirect sunlight through the day is fine. Direct sun will fade their colour. (If you really want to get prime results, use distilled water.)
Prayer plants are not toxic to pets.
