Q: I’m new to plants and I’m nervous!
A: Don’t be nervous - We got you! We are here for you, every step of the way to ensure your journey as a plant parent is one you don’t look back from! We make sure you have instructions and helpful tips to allow you to live your most plantiful life.
Q: Do you do delivery?
A: We absolutely do. Sometimes Sarah personally delivers your orders if they are local to Durham Region or the Eastern Greater Toronto Area. We also have a partnership with Plant Runz who deliver bi-weekly from Ottawa to London, Ontario.
Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept PayPal, most major credit cards as well as e-transfers (EMT). If you wish to pay via EMT, select this option at checkout. The email for the EMT is email@example.com, and also lists this in the checkout messaging. Our accounts team will need to confirm that your transaction has gone through before we process your order.
Q: Why don't you ship?
A: We are working on this, but we want to get it right as plants are delicate things to ship. Shipping will be available by summer 2021.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: We will do everything we can to respond to your request to change or cancel your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and give us 48 hours to respond.
Q: Will you deliver to two locations in the same delivery?
A: To keep things as efficient as possible, each delivery needs to be a separate order.
Q: Why doesn't my plant look like the one on the website?
A: With any living being there is variation in all of us! Your plant will come with its own character, colour vibrancy and leaf variegation (graphic leaf patterns). With time and environmental factors your plant may reinvent its look many times during its lifecycle. If you are unsure of the look of your plant please send us an email, along with photographs to email@example.com and we will try our best to address any questions you may have.
Q: Can your card designs be turned into wall prints?
A: Yes they can! Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
